Appearing before the official was Angela Tumminello, 36, midwife residing in Cefalu, to declare that at 9 AM on the 13th of the current month, at the place at Via ??? #13 to Maria Grazia Papania, wife of Francesco Sanzone, age 31, shoemaker, both residents in Cefalu, was born a female child who was presented to the official and to whom was given the name Maria Giuseppa Lucia Pasquala [Sanzone]
Witnesses to the record: Salvatore Garbo, 56, janitor, and Salvatore Di Crispino, 42, worker, both residing in this town.

I need help translating these my ancestor Vincenzo ceraso I am not sure where he begins lol

The second and third images are out of order...

Vincenzo's birth record starts on the first image, right side, middle of page.
It is record #138, and you should see his name there.
It continues on to the top left of the third image you posted...

Before the official appeared Pasquale Ceraso, son of Vincenzo, age 35, residing in this town, to present a male child he declares was born on the 24th of the current month of November to his wife Maria Ferraro, daughter of deceased Giovanni, living with him at the place they inhabit at Contrada Piazzetta. The child was presented and given the name VINCENZO
Witnesses to the record: Nicola Marini, of deceased Tommaso, priest, age 41; and Pasquale Pausani(?), of deceased Saverio, age 58 (can't read his occupation)

this is not my ancestor his parents were Luigi Ceraso and Giovanna Iannitelli

Yes, this is the birth record for the Vincenzo Ceraso whose Military Record (not your relative) was posted by Marty earlier :-)
