The two records are both on the same page, plus whatever the notation says would be very helpful as I think that also belongs in my family. Molte grazie!!!

Hello Dolores!
Eugenio Telese
act date: September 8th, 1899 at 9:50
birth date: September 8th, 1899 at 1:15 in Via San Giovanni 16
Father: Rocco Telese, peasant
Mother: Maria Rosaria Famiglietti, peasant

Angelo Michele Cipriano
act date: September 6th, 1899 at 8:30
birth date: September 5th, 1899 at 9:25 in Contrada Confine 23
Father: Amato Cipriano, 67 years (congratulations!), peasant
Mother: Pasqualina Ranaudo (?), peasant

Then it says the child is "second born", so there should be a twin in the act before.

Dolores,
if "annotation" means the sheet in the same image, it is about act #71, so, it's not of your interest.
The act of the twin sibling should be #69

Pippo, I think the annotation belongs to another member of my family, that is why I asked for it............no big deal, I guess.
Grazie,
