I struggled with this and couldn't get it -- sorry. :-( However, I did find this link to a searchable list of Philadelphia streets, which may help you and possibly others with similar questions:

i am pretty sure it is 714 . compare to other numbers on the manifest.

i wonder if it is church st.

There is another link with list of streets in Philadelphia

but you may be dealing with a street name that no longer exists

I'm inclined to agree with Donna that it is Church Street. You can use the following link to view street names from the 1900 and 1910 census that were in Phillie at the time and then compare those names to what you see on the 1907 passenger list.
