death record translation, please

i would appreciate help with the translation of this death record.

if begins after the signature of Generoso Vecchi - 7th line down - death act for Gaetano Picardi.

the notice is recorded 25 Aug 1874. there are some things i understand, Gaetano was in the Ospedale del Bagno (i am assuming that is the name and not in the hospital bathroom), he needed medical intervention and that it has something to do with the war tribunal. any specifics, especially the date of death (18 Aug, 9 am?) i would greatly appreciate. what document is #710?

This is what I understood:

Gaetano Picardi died 3:15am 1874 August 18 in the Hospital of the Prison (Bagno penale) of Pesaro(?). I cannot decipher the cause of death. He received all the Holy Sacraments.
Gaetano was the son of Domenico and of the deceased Teresa Raimo. He was born in 1834 in Volturara and was a day labourer.
On March 10 1864 he was sentenced (by a war tribunal) to 20 years of forced labor (lavori forzati) because of banditry (brigantagggio). On July 15 1872 he was admitted to the Hospital of the prison.

Può essere provocata dagli stessi agenti in causa nelle forme acute, ed è caratterizzata soprattutto dalla presenza di diarrea.Una forma di e. cronica è quella tubercolare, che si localizza soprattutto all’ileo e che colpisce di solito soggetti adulti portatori di focolai tubercolari polmonari aperti, soggetti che quindi deglutiscono il materiale infetto proveniente dai polmoni. La sintomatologia in questi casi è molto vaga, con dolori addominali, diarrea, scomparsa dell’appetito, perdita di peso. In queste forme, oltre alla terapia medica antitubercolare, si può ricorrere anche ad intervento chirurgico con asportazione della parte colpita quando in essa si crei un restringimento del lume intestinale, con conseguente ostacolo al passaggio del materiale fecale.
