Dated 1 September 1870
Appeared Carmine Cocchiola, son of Rocco, of age 34, farmer residing in Frigento, to present a female child who he declared was born on the 1st of the current month of September at 9 AM to his wife Rosaria Cannelliere(sp?), daughter of Angelantonio, residing with her husband.
The child was given the name TERESINA
Witnesses to the record: Angelo di Martino, son of deceased Agnello, tailor; and Rocco de Martino, son of deceased Angelo, age 23, tailor; both residing in Frigento.
