Well, since you asked so nicely here's the important info as I see it:
Recorded: 19 July 1870, 3 pm
Died same day, month, year at 9 am in this town in the home of her parents..
Paola Sgrai, 8 months, born S.Giuseppe, daughter of Gaspare, contadino (peasant farmer) and Calogera Caruso, both living same town.
I'm reading the surname as "Sgrai" in this record in two places?

It's got to be Sgroi. That's the way the name is always spelled. Or Sgro' in some places, with an accent mark over the "o" instead of an "i". Later on in the 19th-c. strange variants such as Gro' and Agro' emerged, but always with an "o" (with or without the accent).
But the record is definitely for a girl Paola.

Thank you, since you said "ladies" and only 2 people responded to your post, so I guess you're including me. However, I am a man. But at least one amazing lady was helping you at least.
