If I am reading this right, it says Married April 13 1895
Pietro Marino son of Giorgio Marino & Caterina Riela
Rosa Cassata d/o Francesco Paolo ? & Caterina Riela
How can the same mother be on both, is this an error?

Date is 28 April 1894
One of mother's names Could be an error...
Find the banns (Pubblicazione) dated 15 and 22 April, to verify mother's names.

Thanks Tessa, your amazing. I have two others that I posted yesterday that I need info on could you take a look when you have time. thanks so very much, you have been amazing. My grandparents never taught us or my dad Italian so I working off what little Spanish I know to help me read. am I looking in the wrong place for dates? I am reading the very top where it says L'anno Millocento then the date, day, month, should I be looking somewhere else?

The first line is usually the date of the record.
Further in the record you will see another date (sometimes a number, sometimes "sopra"/above or "sudetto"/aforesaid, and sometimes oggi/today or ieri/yesterday).
