How do I find my ancestors who came to California with this surname in either of these 2 locations? I could sure use some help or ideas.

I believe that the right italian spelling is Caminiti..

In 1866 there is a marriage in Reggio Calabria between Rocco Antonio Caminiti son of Domenico Antonio with Maria Concetta Bruno daughter of Giovanni Vincenzo.
