I was able to locate family members from Celico but need help finding newer descendants. My grandfather had a sister Nicoletta (Arno) Arnone born in 1893 and a brother Napoleone Agostino Arnone born in 1900. Nicoletta married Carmelo Lo Turco in 1915 and had 2 children; a son named Giuseppe nicknamed Pippo, along with a sister named Aurora. I am unable to find anything else on any of these family members.
These names are somewhat unusual and I am anxiously looking for some help in locating family in US or Italy. I intend to return to Italy in May 2016. Thank you
Charlie Arnone

Re: searching Lo Turco and Arnone from Celico
When you come to Italy go to the anagrafe office in the town and make your inquiries. There are tips on my website how to go about this.
Alternately you can request birth and marriage records in advance of your trip from the town office.
