I am a bit unsure what this is saying

Maria Pilato, father might be Filippo mother Teresa Ivoli or Tvoli? I don;t know when Maria was born and where? can someone help me out with this.

Father is, as you said, Filippo Pilato, of San Giuseppe Iato.
Since it is a transcription of a baptism, it includes the name of the godmother, Maria Lomanto.

FYI - Cartagine is the town of Carthage in Tunisia...
