This appears to be the same Maria Licari, BUT this is a baptism record, not a birth record.

Her age in the marriage record is 24, and the baptism is dated 1851.
Dated 28 October 1851, baptism of Maria Licari, born yesterday (27th) to Josepho/Giuseppe and to Philippa/Filippa Gaglio. Godparents were Philippo/Filippo Rappa and Joanna/Giovanna Felingri, married couple(?)

Thank you both for the clarification. I am glad I am finding dates and parents for Maria. I hAve found more siblings for her husband Giacomo and hopefully will find siblings for her as well!
