What do the death records tell you?

I've found a whole bunch of death records for ancestors in Bella and Muro Lucano. BUT, I'm now wishing I learned Italian, haha. Do they say anything about birth dates, parents, spouses, etc.? Here are a few examples:

Pasqualina Vitiello (#102):

One of my other mysteries is for Lucia Vitiello (#55)... #54 has her name in the death record? Why would that be?

It looks like #54 is an infant who died on 3 Aug ("ieri" means yesterday). She was a day or two old, I think. Lucia is listed here because she is the mother.

In record #55 Lucia's death is recorded as 5 Aug.

Somewhere on familysearch you can get a translation of the standard forms.
Researching surnames Capaccio and Cerruti in Campagna, Salerno; surnames Crescenzo and Ferullo (unknown locations); surnames Nocito and Torrano in Cosenza; surnames Crescenzo and Pinto in Casalicchio (Casal Velino), Salerno.

Caterina Margiotta, 6 days old, died Aug 3 1919. Daughter of Nicola Margiotta and Lucia Vitiello.

#55
Lucia Vitiello, aged 43, died Aug 5 1919. Wife of Nicola Margiotta, daughter of Ignazio Vitiello and Mariantonia Pacella. (she is the mother of Caterina)

As a general rule death records provide, name of deceased and age. Location of the death. Parents names (if they are alive or dead) and wife's name (if any). Rarely, if ever, is cause of death provided.
