Help reading an Italian birth record

Would anyone be able to help me read the cursive writing of my GG grandfather's Italian birth record?

Translation would be nice but I mostly just need help with deciphering the handwritten stuff.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. You haven't given us the name and number but I'm picking it must be Pasquale Sericola, so here goes:

No 49: Pasquale Sericola
Registered 19 April 1880, 10.52 am, Castel del Monte
Maddalena Vespa, 66yo, Levatrice (midwife), living Castel del Monte, reported that at 4.30 am on 19 April 1880, at a house in Via Dillemente, No 8, to Filomena Mucciante, contadina (peasant farmer), wife of Giuseppe Sericola, vetturale (Cabman), living Castel del Monte, was born a male baby who was to be named Pasquale.

Witnesses:
Raffaele Dante, 49, calzolaio (cobbler/shoemaker), Domenico Giuliani?, 62, contadina (peasant farmer)

Side Note says:
No 19: On the day 17 December 1904, Pasquale Sericola, married in Castel del Monte with Maddalena Tuccella.

In this case the midwife declared the birth and presented the child in place of the father because he was a long way from the town.

Appeared Maddalena Vespa, 66, midwife, to declare that at 2:05 AM on the 23rd of the current month, at the house at Via del Colle #92, to Teresa Giuliani, sife of Francesco Sericola, shepherd, both residing in Castel del Monte, was born a male child who was presented to the official and was given the name SILVIO.

Witnesses to the record: Giancarlo Celini, 66, and Antonio Dante, 73.

What's all that writing beneath where it says they named him Silvio?

It says that the declarant reported the birth in the place of father, who was away from town, and that she was sure about what she was saying as she was the midwife who helped during childbirth.
