Help Deciphering Latin Marriage Record

This morning I found the marriage record for my 2nd great grandparents and have identified the next generation of parents. I need help deciphering a date. It looks to me to be "duiona" and I've consulted an online source of Latin nominal, ordinal, cardinal numbers but haven't found duiona. My guess is this means 12th. Can anyone confirm? Or am I mistaken?
I'm also not sure of the bride's father's name. Looks like Ignatz to me.

I noticed that the name mentioned was " Antonina Sparacino" My grandmothers maiden name was Sparacino. Would she have lived in Ali Superiori, Sicily? Please contact me if you have info on this family.

Frank, I don't have any info on the Sparacino family. Sorry. I just found this marriage record yesterday and before that had not heard the name Sparacino. Apparently, though Antonina Sparacino is one of my 3rd great grandmothers. She was an adult woman with at least one child (Antonia Cusenza) in 1861. I found this record in the church records of Chiesa di San Silvestri Papa in Calatafimi, Trapani, Sicily.

Frank, check your Private Messages. I sent you a copy of my grandmother's eldest sister's record of birth. It shows a Sparacino as witness. The first name may be Giuseppe. Maybe he is the father to your grandmother or possibly an uncle. I don't know. The act took place in Sciacca, Agrigento, Sicily.

My paternal grandfather's family hails from Trapani. My paternal grandmother's side, from Agrigento (Girgenti).
