Hello to everybody,
I am searching genealogy and registers informations about my grand father abovementionned and his own parents,
There are some similitudes with another family with name Abisso (only 1 b) and mine with 2 b.
That is the reason why I have heavy difficulties to find out.
Registers and Civilian employees didn't understood the differences between the two names in the past , and sometimes there was an error, I can understand that , because I still now observe the same error when I go in Administrations.
Should somebody who knows something , give me any indication, please ?
Thanks a lot for your answers.

Welcome to the Forum, here is his birth record:

He is recorded here as Abisso (one "b").
Can you understand what it says?

Abbisso and Abisso are the same name. The same person's name might be written one way in one record and the other way in another. In early 19th c. records I have usually seen it spelled with 2 b's but then the single b spelling became more common, and that's how most (all?) people spell it now. Originally it was spelled Bisso.
