Giovanni Sava

Post by law130 »

Hello,

I am looking for any information on Giovanni Sava, born June 23, 1897 in Santa Maria di Licodia, Cantani, Sicily.

He traveled to America by Ship between 1915 - 1917; I believe his destination was to find his Sister in Manchester, NH.

I will be traveling to Catania very soon and would love to get information available.

Thank you for reading.

Marty,

Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are so kind to help me ;-) I wish I payed closer attention to the stories my Grandfather told me as a child. I believe he had several 1/2 siblings but no idea of names...other than the name Santo that comes to mind.

I suppose you have been able to trace your own family back several 100 decades ;-)

Have a wonderful Day.

I fly out from Boston tonight and will be in Catania, Sicily tomorrow @ 4pm !!!
