Morti Translation
Re: Morti Translation
Dated Jan 14, 1907 in Castelbuono
Pietro Failla, age 68, died in the house at 29 via del Paradiso at 6 P.M. (I'm having trouble reading the day due to the condition of the record). He had been born in Castelbuono and was the son of dec Antonio Failla and dec Arcangela Cangelosi. He was the widower of Domenica Prestianni.

Does it give maybe family member's names?
Re: Morti Translation
January 14th at 10:15 a.m. is when the death was reported and recorded at the town hall in the town. He had died at 6 P.M., but I can't read the day of death, due to the condition of the record. So the death was before Jan 14th. I gave you the names of all of the parties related to him already.

Now that I've figured out that the word vantieri is what is written for the day in a lot of your records, I can tell you that this death took place on the 12th of January at 6 P.M. but was reported and recorded on the 14th.
