Hi, please check my translation, the file is attached:

Borgia Death Record - Vincenzo Maletta #85 - 16 Dec 1839

#85 - Dated 17 Dec 1839 at 10 PM in Borgia
Appearing at the town office were: Salvatore Zaccone, 40, bracciale (work hand), residing in Borgia; and Giuseppe Alcaro?, 75, bracciale (work hand), residing in Borgia, to declare that on 16 December at 1 o'clock AM, at home, died Vincenzo Maletta, 65, husband of Caterina Serra.

born in this town; tavern keeper; residing in Camardi neighborhood; son of deceased Gioacchino [Maletta] and of deceased Elisabetta Chiareda.

Great job!

I would only change mother's surname... Chiarella, not Chiareda. :D
And a minor change...Catarina
