Translation Back of Photo

Would someone please translate this. It is written on the back of what looks like a passport photo from Italy for a Benjamin Rocco Dibiase? Thanks

Written and signed by the mayor of Cusano Mutri on March 25 1926, it certifies that the photo is the photo of of Biagio Rocco Di Biase, son of Carmine and Carmina Bianco, born in Cusano Mutri on March 11 1885

But in the register of births of Cusano Mutri in the years 1884, 1885, 1886 there is no Biagio Rocco di Biase.

Thank you both for your help. I did find his birth record online. He was born in Civitella Licinio, Benevento, Campania, Italy. Was he born 20 March1885 or is that when the record was made?

As Livio stated, he was born on 11 March.
What you read as "20" is actually part of the time of birth - 5:20 PM on the 11th.
He was presented on the 12th (dodici)
