The annual Polish Museum of America Polish Constitution Day Art
Contest has been announced. This year's "assignment" is to create a
picture of the first English colony in Jamestown, Virginia that
depicts Poles and their contributions to America.
The art must be 36 in. x 24 in.
The contest deadline is April 16, 2007.
The contest is open to anyone, anywhere, in grades 6-8 and 9-12. Cash
prizes! All winning entries will be displayed on the PMA's float in
the Polish Constitution Day Parade on Saturday, May 5, 2007. Prizes
will be awarded at the "Poland on the Pier" Festival at Navy Pier,
Chicago, Illinois.
