Searching old friend from Italy

I don't know if this a right place to ask but I've tryied many other websites before, without results.
I was in Italy 1996, in Caserta. I try to find a guy I met then. We were penpals for a while. His name is Alessandro Bianchi but I don't know if he still lives in Caserta. He is born maybe 1980 or around.

Can anyone tell me where could I try to find him? I've tryied Ancestory and many other.

I live in Finland.
