need help in addressing and writing a letter please

I would like to write a letter to possible relations in sicilly.... I pulled down a list from www.paginebianche.it of names and what appears to be addresses.

Is this the way to address an envelope going to Sicily?

Also would like help in translation if possible... Freetranslation.com is ok but not Sicilian.

By the way, Sicilian is a dialect. Since Sicily is in Italy you should write the letter in Italian.

The address is correct, but "Via Alia, 8" should be for first, before the CAP and the city.
