Sono alla ricerca di due fratelli di mio padre che, emigrati a New York, non sono più tornati in Italia.
Essi sono:
Palmiero o Palmieri Giuseppe, nato a Colle Sannita (BN) il 6 marzo 1921
Palmiero o Palmieri Antonino Raffaele, nato a Colle Sannita (BN) il 10 dicembre 1920.
I loro genitori si chiamavano Palmiero/i Angelo nato a Colle Sannita il 28 aprile 1898 e Mascia Libera nata il 21 maggio 1898.
Mio nonno Angelo emigrò in USA nel 1921 con la nave San Rossore.
Mio zio Giuseppe ha acquisito la cittadinanza statunitense il 21 aprile 1944 mentre per mio zio Antonino non ho notizie.
Ringrazio caldamente chi sarà in condizioni di darmi loro notizie o notizie dei loro figli.

I miei zii e mia nonna non sono venuti in USA nel 1921 ma in anni successivi.
Mia nonna è stata in USA per un breve periodo (6 anni) ma con precisione non so in quale anno.
I miei zii si sono sposati in USA ma non conosco il nome delle loro mogli.
Mi sembra che le figlie di mio zio Giuseppe che è divenuto cittadino americano nel 1944, si chiamino Liliana e Giovanna ma non ne sono sicuro.
Non ho altri elementi da fornire. Posso solo dire che mio nonno è ritornato definitivamente in Italia tra il 1955 ed il 1960 e, tranne un viaggio che poi ha fatto da turista, non è più tornato negli USA.
Sia mio nonno che mia nonna sono morti in Italia.

In some year after the 1921, also travelled the wife: Libera MASCIA, and two sons:
-Antonino Raffaele PALMIERI born in Colle Sannita the 10 Dec 1928
-Giuseppe PALMIERI born in Colle Sannita the 6 March 1921; Giuseppe PALMIERI naturalized in the 21 Apr 1944; most probable he had 2 daughters: Liliana PALMIERI and Giovanna PALMIERI; no more info on name wife... for Antonino Raffaele the mystery is more deep... no infos.. nothing..
Angelo Palmieri was in USA for some time, instead the wife Libera MASCIA only 6 years, and after back in Italy; Angelo PALMIERI also, back in Italy and died in Italy:

Non ti sembra strano che Antonino risulti nato nel 1928? tu dici 1920....? ma indubbiamente la famiglia è giusta sul manifesto... può darsi che abbiano fatto un errore nello scrivere...

I believe that 3-14-51 is the date the record reflects Libera's record was checked for her naturalization process. Angelo and Antonio are listed as US citizens, Libera is listed as an Italian citizen.

I am sorry I misunderstood. I thought you could not make out the numbers. I didn't realize you were looking for an explanation of them.

Punto say that Libera was in USA only for 6 years... so maybe she never naturalized... however it is hard to find somenthing, because it are so much peoples with same names .. so much frequents...
