Bin surname

Hi,
Somebody knows something about the surname BIN? I am in Argetnina and my wifes family has that surname, her grandparents came from Venetto, but we do not know more about them, I have some names, but when I search for Bin on the internet it only appears arabic names. Is it an italian surname?
