CLODOMIRO ERASMO FELISATI ROSEMINI

Hi everybody,

My cousin had been looking for his grandfather information in order to get his certified birth record. This is what he knows about him:
name:CLODOMIRO ERASMO FELISATI ROSEMINI
Parents: Luis Felisati Y Zenaide Rosemini
Date of birth:29-05- 1888
Provincia: Sicilia

He went to Cartagena, Colombia and got married but his grandmother lost his papers(passport,birth certificate)

Could you guys help him a little bit with his search?
