Hey MJ :D !
It was so nice to see both Mexico & Argentina on the list.
It appears the indexing project at FamilySearch is really
coming along great.
There are some pretty great genealogy blogs out there,
it's hard to keep up wth everything that's new!

Update on the free FamilySearch Labs site:

After a bit of maintenance today (21 May 2008) they now
have the US Census images for 1850 61% complete,
1860 5% complete, 1870 20% complete,
1880 100% complete & 1900 98% complete.

Besides many other new free records & record images,
it is also a great site for searching Ellis Island with links
to the manifests.

And, there is also no longer a requirement to register first
in order to use the databases.

From Kimberly Powell’s genealogy blog
I've blogged about FamilySearch Indexing before, but it's amazing how much
the project has grown in recent months.
Over 150,000 volunteers worldwide have signed on, and collectively are creating an
average of more than 1.5 million indexed names each day!
This makes FamilySearch Indexing the world's largest volunteer-based indexing effort
according to Senior Manager of FamilySearch Indexing
