Chances are the Cafolla and Forte mentioned are from Casalattico/Monforte (formerly Mortale), Frosinone, as both are names from those villages. Parisella is not a name I know from the area.

It appears to be a Canadian Identity card issued at Montreal to Giuseppe. =Peter=

It say: Naturalisation 1914
Assermenté 12 November 1930

so what the difference betwen the 2 and when he became Canadien ? 1914 or after is Assermentation in 1930



and im maybe wrong for the father of Guiseppe i find a paper with is wife and Daugh. Francesca (is mother die in 1915 so cafolla take care of her)saying is father is Benedetto Parisella but for the wife this information came from the cemetery of montreal the told us the names of the parent of cafolla..
