Dual Citizenship and Naturalization

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Dual Citizenship and Naturalization

Post by Tiffany »

Can someone please provide me the contact information to receive a "no records found" from the NARA? I have downloaded one of their forms, but it is not appropriate.

I have already written to the local divisions and have confirmed via letters from them and family testimonials that the naturalization did not take place, but as far as I understand, I need a certificate of No Records Found, and not just these letters.

Thank you.

Hi Tiffany,

Apparently, the process is to first make the request for naturalization information through the USCIS Genealogy branch and then send in that result of "no record" to their Records branch. The second question in this link may help you:

Good luck.
