From my previous post :
His nearest relative was his sister P. Lanchoni? living at the same address in Bakersfield CA
I believe his sister was the Pamela Landucci on this census manifest and the other sister Bessie living with them should have been the "Scolastica" on the arrival manifest...

The head of this "family" in the 1910 census is Mike Iosla (sure lastname is mispelled), and was the brother in law of Pamela and Arthur Landucci

Hope this helps!

now i do wonder if this is really him. is it normal to have 5 years different in the arrival dates. on some of the info im sure its him like the 20's and 30's us census i dont think that draft card is his, seems like the birth date to long ago. but jeez if these immigration documents are my adolfo that could be the silver bullet i need. if you keep trying ill try and answer any questions and hopefully i can find where most of my barsotti's lived in hopes one day to visit with my family.

It was pretty normal for the immigrants state different birth years... usually they made them younger... I saw records of the same person with even 5/6 years of difference in comparison with their real age.
Remember that often they were not able to read or write (this is why many names and last names were "americanized") and the dates they had to declare to the census taker, for example, were based only on their declaration with no proof.
I'm pretty sure all these records are pertaining your ancestor... You should request his death certificate maybe it could have listed his place of birth....

From Wikipedia:

The canal was formally opened on August 15, 1914 with the passage of the cargo ship Ancon.

Emigrants from Europe usually landed to New York, Boston, Philadelphia, New Orleans....
