Treviso is the name of a province as well as a city. I checked the 10 year index of births for Treviso (city) and did not find her there. Do you have any further information that would point to her birth in another comune in Treviso province?

Antonio Favalessa, a brother of Maria Francesca, was born in Cison di Valmarino on September 15, 1872. Probably, therefore, Maria Francesca was also born in that place. Unfortunately, however, the 1878 Civil Records for Cison di Valmarino are not online and therefore cannot be checked. You could ask the Municipality for the birth certificate directly:
