Trying to Find grandparents

Hi there, i've been doing some reasearch and hitting some roadblocks as I can't find any info about my grandparents in cosenza

Paternal Grandfather - Rosario Stumpo
Paternal Grandmother - Maria gallo

Their child - Pietro Stumpo (lived in Rogliano cosenza Italy)
His wife - Emilia Ubertone

Online records for Rogliano are only available through 1910.

However, I checked the birth indices from 1895 through 1900 and only found one Rosario Stumpo.
Here is a POSSIBLE birth act for Pietro's father, Rosario, in 1896 (putting his age at birth of Pietro at about 23)

Mother: Concetta Palazzo, his wife, farmer, daughter of Antonio.

There were 3 - One born in 1896, and 2 born in 1900.
