Help with Translation

Could I get some assistance translating the attached birth record. I am looking at entry 24 on page 66 with the surname Laurello. I believe it's the birth of a daughter, Giacoma, and the parents are Filippo and Giovanna Laurello. This is from Monreale, Palermo, Sicily.
