newby needs help finding imm. records on ggrandparents:CETTI

I am new to the Italian genealogy research and am having a hard time finding the immigration records for my ggrandparents. I would love any help or ideas on where to look for these records. Here is the information I do have:

George Carlo Cetti
Birth: 4 December 1884
Place: Carlazzo, Como, Italy
Died: 24 April 1962
Place; Fresno, Fresno, California, USA

Parents: Agostino Cetti
Martina Boghetti

Married: 2 July 1912
Place: Fresno, Fresno, California, USA

Josephine Genta
Birth: 27 March 1889
Place: Provincia Osiglia, Italy
Died: 3 May 1966
Place: Fresno, Fresno, California, USA

Parents: father ?

Both manifests are tough to find on Ellis Island

1903 manifest for Giuseppina's uncle Gio(vanni) Batt(ist)a Barberis line 20, person she was joining on Valarie's manifest find.
Last residence: Osigilia
Destination: Santa Barbara California
Based on records posted, Giuseppina's mother's maiden name appears to be Barberis.

Note nearest relative in Italy, mother Agnese Levratto at Osiglia, possibly Giuseppina's maternal grandmother.
