More jure sanguinis fraud

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Found this story referenced on another board. This type of fraud ultimately makes for more difficulties for legitimate applicants.

That makes me mad. And adds to my worry that they may change their laws and make it less easy to get citizenship. Thanks for posting!
