PERRI [Perry] TALARICO

Post by Yoda »

Family claims the following people were born in Cosenza, Calabria. A search of Ellis Island site was inconclusive. The PERRI/Perry\'s settled in the coal mining region of northeastern Pennsylvania, USA. Given names may be Americanized variations of Italian names. With so little information, any suggestions as to where to begin the Italian search would be most welcome.

Talarico as well as other variations are in the Cosenza area of Calabria. Since Carmela came into the USA arfound 1901 with children you will just have to sit down and rfeview the italian surname in this forum (go to the left side under DATABASES and find the variations of the spelling and then gfo to ellis island and hunt!. If they died after 1963 you can also go to Social security for vital information. Please let me know. Peter
