Luigi Paiano and reclaiming Italian citizenship

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Luigi Paiano and reclaiming Italian citizenship

Post by AdrianBattaglia27 »

Anyone seeking Italian citizenship through descent from a female and was born before 1948 -- I highly recommened the legal services of Avv. Luigi Paiano. I retained him two years ago because my father was born to my Italian grandmother before 1948. Luigi was clear about the documents he needed (birth, marriage, naturalization certificates, etc.) and kept me apprised of the various procedures. Today the court ruling was issued recognizing my father and me as Italian citizens.

I would definitely advise anyone who has been prevented from getting their citizenship because of the 1948 rule to e-mail Luigi at his website <http://www.luigipaiano.com/eng/>
