I am going next Tuesday for my citizenship appointment and obtaining citizenship through my father, who was born in Italy. My mom was born here. The Chicago consulate's site says I only need translations for the "italian side" and not the "non-italian side". Would this mean I do not need my mother's birth certificate translated?
