Help with civil records about Trieste

Post by raffygen »

Hello,

can anyone help me getting me started on research about a relative born in Trieste around 1895.

I believe Trieste was under the Austrian empire at that time and I do not know where to look for records!

Thanks,
Raffy

Hello,
if you need civil records from Trieste, write a request in italian to

Comune
Ufficio di Stato civile
Piazza Unità d'Italia, 4
CAP 34100
Trieste - Italy

I hope it helps, bye Riccardo

Thanks Riccardo! That's very helpful!

By the way, do you have any idea if a town called Tyrolia (Austria and/or Italy) does exist?

I hope it helps, bye Riccardo
