Francis Scricco Mystery

Hello Everyone,
Can you help me solve a mystery??? I gathered up all kinds of old pictures my Noni and found writing on one that reads "Francis Scricco Nano's 1st. Husband". I think that this is referring to my GG Grandmother Florence Vito(Viglione). But I see no record of this. I was told that my GG Grandmother Florence was married to a NY Police officer that was killed in the line of Duty they had two children, Antonette and Louis. She remarried to Jim Vito and Moved to Oakland Ca. sometime in the 1930's. Please, Please help me figure out who this man is.....
