Boggia/Gaelleazzi

Post by boggia »

I am trying to trace my great-great-grandparents lineage. Domenico Boggia b.6 Aug 1841 (Borgotaro) d.1924 married Lucia Gaelleazzi b.25 Apr 1848 (Belforte).

I'd like to add their parents to my family tree.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mormon church famil history librarfy micorfilm of civil records date from 1565 to 1920. Go to www.familysearch.org for location of nearest library. Microfilm rental is $5.00 and copies can bemade. Companion book Discovering Your Italian Ancestors by Lynn Nelson is a great help.

If you want specifics you can write for documents free of charge provided you have fullnames and date or years when event occurred. =Peter=

Hi, I think I have Boggia relatives and Galleazzi too. I'm a Gandolfi on my father's side and Zucconi on my mom's. I have a death roll from the Lozzolla parish that may help a little. It goes back to the 1600s and has both names in it. Let me know if you want a copy.
