Capo Familia

Ciao Tutti,
I have recently received a copy of a Capo Familia of my GGF. It lists my GGM maiden name as Tedicini from Pietrelcina Benevento. Her full name is Orsola Tedicini. I have had no luck in finding this name anywhere in Italy. Has anyone here ever heard of this name or know of a resource that could help me? I thought I might have mispelled it but it is the clearest of all the names. The alternatives could be Ledicini, Fedicini if I am reading the first letter incorrectly. The document is from 1911. I have attached a copy of the document, maybe someone can help me decipher it. The handwriting and quality is very poor.
