Looking for Torrice & Paniccione

Post by Torrice » 26 Oct 2009, 07:49

My great grandfather Antonio Torrice came to the UK late 1800 early 1900 and arrived in Scotland around 1901. His father was Guiseppe Torrice and his mother Antonia Paniccione.

I think that Guiseppe may have had a brother but we don't have any further information about them other than they came from Cassino.

Can anyone help?

Hi,
in 1911 Uk census it are only a:
HOUSEHOLD TORRICE ANTONIO M 1892 19 Kensington London
nobody in Scotland....
the mother surname could be PANACCIONE right spell...
if your ancestor was born in Cassino ( I believe right) you can try in Mormon's microfilms any civil record from 1809 to 1900:
Topic Italy, Frosinone, Cassino - Civil registration

Titles Registri dello stato civile, 1809-1900 Cassino (Frosinone). Ufficio dello stato civile
http://www.familysearch.org/eng/library ... umns=*,0,0
hoping helpful,
best regards,
suanj
