Looks like Anna arrived on 11 June, 1886 at the age of 15 on her way to Boston...she was with her brother Vincenzo, a shoe maker, age 21. And on board the same ship was an Antonio Stasio!
Here is Antonio's entry:
Antonio Stasio

Passenger and Immigration Lists: Italians to America, 1880-1893
Age: 21 Last residence: Unknown
Arrival date: Jun. 11, 1886 Final destination: New York
Gender: Male Occupation: Laborer
Literacy code: Unknown Country name: Italy
Purpose for travel: Staying in USA, but not a citizen of USA Mode of travel: Steerage
Port of embarkation: Naples Manifest id number: 80844
Ship name: Indipendente Captain name: Pirandello

There is no place of origin listed for any of the three...however, in the 1920 census, Anthony Stasio states he was naturalized in 1892. This is the info that you need that will give you the place of origin...this along with a paper called the Declaration of Intent will give you the info you seek.

They left from the port of Naples so a good chance they come from South Italy...
you can contact the NARA in Waltham, MA by e-mail and reqest info.

Antonio and Annie had 12 children...3 dying in infancy it would appear, according to the 1910 census. They had been married for 23 years in 1910 so I am sure you may be able to find a marriage record for them in 1887...both listed as single upon arrival to the US.
Children listed in 1910 are James, Florence, Arthur, CArlo, Nellie, Albert, Jerry, and Joseph. Joseph is the oldest, so chances are Antonio's father was named Giuseppe....just a guess.

Can we help with the census? Let us know......
