I've been searching through Ancestry and Family Search records for about 2 months trying to find more info about my Grandmothers family Biggi. There are lots of them in the Boston, MA area in the late 1800's. I can remember from my childhood (1950's) the names "Cousin Rosie" Chiesa and Theresa Crovo. My GGrandparents were Giovanni B. Biggi and Catterina Chiesa. So far I've not been able to establish a link between Andrew Biggi (born in Italy ab. 1840 and his wife Theresa Leveroni and my grandparents. I have a strong childhood memory of going to visit relatives in the "country" who had a large farm, animals and a grape arbor...Andrew Biggi moved his family out to Carlisle, MA which would have been farmland in the 1950's. One of Andrew's children was named Matilda (b.1867). I have found subsequent records of children whose parents are named Matilda Biggi and Angelo Crovo.
Any help would be appreciated.
