Sometimes I don't know how you people do it - I can barely read the handwriting most of the time.

Looks like Adelaide Mineo to me

Can't read the 1st word but the rest is Angelo Antonio

I believe he was going to his brother Angelo Antonio.

This makes sense - I think he was going to see Angelantonio as I mentioned earlier. But since he could not read or write, he could not tell the Ellis Island inspector how to write out Angelantonio. So, the inspector wrote out as two names. Well, that is what I suspect happened.
