Vito and Domenico Lorusso and their Descendants

Post by rp76226 » 02 May 2011, 17:52

Vito and Domenico Lorusso were born, probably in the 1890s, in Altamura, Bari, Italy to parents Michele Lorusso (1858-1906) and Teresa Ninivaggi (1858 -?). They were older brothers of Evangelista Lorusso (1900-1986) who was the youngest child and my grandfather who emigrated to America. All fought for Italy in World War I. Vito and Domenico were wounded (no response from Italy's military on my inquiry). One was shot in the face; the other lost use of an arm. There were two sisters, Caterina and Laura who died young, and another unknown brother. I believe Evangelista was the only one who came to America. I am looking for the wives, children, and grandchildren of Vito, Domenico, and the other Lorusso brother. I also could use information on the parents, grandparents, and siblings of Teresa Ninivaggi.
