Census Records?

Post by K Burns » 28 Jun 2011, 19:14

I am looking for any census records for 1911 in Seminara, Reggio Calabria, Italy, especially looking for the Turri and Fontana families.

Any help or direction would be appreciated!!

I have never heard of any office supplying a copy of any census. Their census is not like that in USA or UK and rarely done on a national scale. The last census in Sora was done by sending a postcard to everyone on their books as a resident. I was away at the time and did not show up to the office. I ignored it! After a few weeks a policeman arrived to see if I still lived here.
