I am looking for someone to help me get records. Does this website refer people?

For which area of Italy?

This time searching in for on paternal side. The area woould be Naples, and possibly the Province of Avellino, town of Grottaminarda.
We are having trouble with my grandfather's surname due to the changes in spellling and variety of sensus. (see Lorene SEARCHING FOR MORE INFO ON GRANDPARENTS post).
Seeking info on his wife, my grandmother Theresa Caracciccola, and we are not even sure of that spelling.
So that is where I am stuck and needing help at this point altho I may be able to forego this side and stick to maternal to gain citizenship.
