It's an Atto di Nascita from Forno di Rivara in the early 1920s.
I'll post a picture and I'll let you decide. I thought maybe it might be an "F" but because there are other capital F's in the Atti, that do not look the same, I'm thinking not.
I'm hesitant to post the whole document because this woman may still be alive (she'd be in her late 80s).
