Buccellataio, Pulimentatore, Considico

I need help translating these three words:
Buccellataio, Pulimentatore, Considico

They are occupations in an 1841 census.

for what I know:
-Buccellataio= "Buccellato" maker ( the buccellato was a cake, so the buccellataio was a "pastry cook" especialized in buccellato cake)

-Pulimentatore= finisher, polisher of marble parts or metal parts

-Considico= I know not with precision who was a Considico, but for what I understand was a legal counsellor, or as defence attorney.... but maybe I am wrong ..
